Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes to track progress. \n
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care approach that supports the student's academic and emotional success. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring student safety and effective safety planning when necessary. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at educating students and families about mental health and coping strategies. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all sessions and interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
