2026 3L/Entry-Level Corporate & Finance Associate (Portuguese & Spanish Fluency Required)

Overview Arnold & Porter is seeking an entry‑level associate (JD 2026) fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish to join the Corporate & Finance team in the New York or Washington, DC offices. Areas of Practice Mergers and Acquisitions Venture Financings Secured Loan Transactions Corporate Governance and Exchange Act Compliance Capital Markets and Securities Transactions General Corporate Representation Qualifications Applicants should have a record of outstanding academic achievement, superior writing and analytical skills, relevant work experience, participation in law review, journals, clinical legal work, and/or extracurricular activities, and a demonstrated interest in mergers and acquisitions. Applicants must be currently eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. Compensation The salary for this position is $225,000, with eligibility for an hours‑based bonus.
