What You’ll Do Design bold, engaging graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). Create visuals for our website, product promotions, marketing campaigns, and packaging. Prepare and produce print‑ready materials with an eagle eye for color and accuracy. Stay inspired by keeping up with design trends, seasonal themes, and quilting aesthetics. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring ideas to life and implement feedback smoothly. Juggle multiple projects while keeping deadlines and brand consistency on point. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and special projects. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of graphic design or related experience (preferred). Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required). An excellent eye for color, composition, and design principles. Attention to detail with the ability to adapt designs based on feedback. Accurate color perception (a must for both digital and print!). Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Comfortable with a mix of standing, sitting, and walking as projects require.
