License: Active RN license required
Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS preferred, STABLE preferred


Must-Have:
Experience with Labor and Delivery and the ability to catch and transition infants after delivery
Floating required to sister units


Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.
The RN will work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
The nurse will be responsible for providing care to high-risk patients.
Ratios are typically 1:1 to 1:2.
Every other weekend coverage is required as needed.
Floating to similar units may be necessary to meet facility needs.
The successful candidate must have experience with L&D.
Experience in catching and transitioning infants after delivery is a must.
A valid RN license from the state is required.
Certifications in BLS, NRP, and ACLS are preferred.
STABLE certification is also preferred.
The nurse will be expected to handle electronic charting.
Teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary support staff are essential.
Candidates should be aware of potential assignment to emergency response during hurricane season.
Travelers should ensure compliance with all pre-start requirements.
