Physician (MD/DO) Skilled Nursing Facilities Part Time

Experienced Physician NeededWe're looking for an experienced, autonomous physician to join our clinical team part time at least three days per week, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.What's in it for you:Schedule flexibility you decide the shift hours that work for you. Integrated EHR, voice dictation, and UpToDate® for fast, clean charting.Your day-to-day:You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-term chronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps, managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes, reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists and facility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with families and join care conferences where it makes sense.Qualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical school.Board certified (BC) required Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent).Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.Must be opted-in with Medicare.Successful completion of an accredited residency program.Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.Strong independent clinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
