Meridian Center - NC, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Burlington, NC, seeks a Unit Manager, RN to lead clinical care on a resident-centered unit. The Unit Manager supervises nurses and CNAs, coordinates assessments and care plans, oversees medications and treatments, and ensures regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes, support resident dignity and quality of life, and mentor staff. This is an opportunity to grow your leadership skills in long-term care and post-acute rehab while making a direct impact on residents and families.
