Specialty Services – Window and Chandelier Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Exterior Building Cleaning Position Overview Must have a great personality and maintain excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for general cleaning of public areas in hotels or casinos, including hallways, floors, common areas, and moving trash. The candidate will assist the lead, supervisor, and manager with projects or assignments as needed. Responsibilities Mops, sweeps, strips, grinds and polishes marble floors, vacuums carpets. Cleans ground‑level windows. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co‑workers, guests, and property employees. Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures. Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed. Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor; makes continuous improvement. Works weekends and holidays. Acts as a role model to other TSC employees. Demonstrates the ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely. Performs all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
