Manufacturing Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator

Manufacturing Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator Injen Technology is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator to support our accounting and daily operations. This role is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer order entry, purchasing, and general administrative support while working closely with production, shipping, and inventory. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience , enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and can effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions Generate customer invoices and apply customer payments Process vendor invoices and prepare payments Perform vendor, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Order Entry & Customer Service Enter customer sales orders accurately in Sage 100 Prepare customer invoices and related documentation Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, invoices, and account status Coordinate with customers to ensure timely order processing Purchasing & Inventory Support Create and manage purchase orders Maintain vendor information and purchasing records Assist with inventory transactions and cycle counting activities Operations Coordination Work closely with the Production and Shipping departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time Coordinate information between accounting, production, purchasing, and warehouse personnel Assist with administrative projects and reporting as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Required 2–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, order entry, and purchase orders Proficiency with Microsoft Office , especially Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy Preferred Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Experience using Sage 100 ERP (Order Entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchase Order modules preferred) Familiarity with inventory control and production support Injen Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
