Our team recently received a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in its 2023 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Hospice Survey (CAHPS) Hospice RN Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license. At least two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency. Must possess a valid NC driver\'s license.
