Job Overview
Lendify Home Loans is seeking a driven, customer-focused person to join our growing mortgage team. This sales-oriented position is ideal for an individual who excels at building relationships, nurturing leads, and guiding clients through the mortgage process with professionalism and care. The Client Care Specialist serves as a key point of contact for prospective and existing borrowers, helping to create an exceptional client experience while supporting loan origination and business growth. This role is responsible for converting inbound inquiries, managing, referral relationships, identifying financing opportunities, and assisting clients from initial consultation through the loan application process. 

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Making outbound calls and being the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about loan products and services.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Assist in the preparation and processing of loan applications.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information in the loan management system.
• Communication: Coordinate communication between clients and other departments to facilitate the loan process.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications 

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in mortgage lending, financial services, sales, customer service, or account management. 
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and mortgage technology platforms. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 

Preferred:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
