Job Description

Browning Reagle Insurance Agency is an established independent insurance agency known for building lasting client relationships through knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service. You will work alongside a collaborative team of approximately ten professionals who value accuracy, accountability, and helping one another succeed. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , you'll help clients with policy changes, identify coverage needs, and strengthen customer relationships through personalized service. You'll receive hands-on training, licensing assistance, continuing education, and the opportunity to grow into a sales role as your experience develops. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in delivering accurate, dependable service.

$18 to $23 per hour base pay

Identify coverage gaps with clients
Cross-sell appropriate insurance products
Promote agency services to customers
Build lasting client relationships
Generate referrals and new policy opportunities

Requirements

Insurance license required
