Shift Manager (Line Coach)

Description The Shift Manager (Line Coach) is responsible for coaching and leading the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of Zalat by being a coach and a leader to their peers and demonstrating decision-making that supports operational excellence and the embodiment of Customer 4 Life Service. Responsibilities Manage the cook line to drive the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed Learn and complete operational support functions (i.e. purchasing, receiving, accounting processes, inventory) to ensure operational excellence and high financial performance Coach and lead shift opening and closing procedures to maintain our facilities and equipment to the highest standards Responsible for doing daily tasks like Jolt list, PECs, and any other daily tasks assigned to management Great Line Coach Will Manage the cook line to drive the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed Learn and complete operational support functions (i.e. purchasing, receiving, accounting processes, inventory) to ensure operational excellence and high financial performance Coach and lead shift opening and closing procedures to maintain our facilities and equipment to the highest standards Responsible for doing daily tasks like Jolt list, PECs, and any other daily tasks assigned to management Requirements Supervising a team with at least 1 year of experience Hold a valid Food Manager Safety Certification, or be willing to complete upon hire Exhibiting strong communication skills, both written and verbal Managing and adhering to schedules Successful completion of a mandatory background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Zalat Pizza
