Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)

• Proficient in sterile technique and perioperative best practices
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Previous travel nursing experience welcomed, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment
• Assist the surgical team before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor patient status and document care thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
