Responsibilities Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners to identify their roofing and exterior restoration needs Conduct property inspections (including roof assessments; must be comfortable climbing ladders) Educate customers on available products, warranties, and services Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow‑up throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion Represent Advocate Roofing’s brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction Requirements 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field‑based industries a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background/MVR checks Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel for annual sales training Compensation & Schedule Guaranteed weekly base pay + uncapped commission. Top performers earn $80,000–$100,000 in their first year. We provide comprehensive training, leading technology, and continuous support— no prior roofing experience required. The most successful representatives work flexible, customer‑facing hours (10 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Friday, with Saturdays included). Advocate Construction is an equal‑opportunity employer.
