Lead - Recruitment & Delivery at Seneca Resources Salary Range: $180,000 – $200,000 Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI required, with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI with CI Poly strongly preferred) Client Information: The program is in support of the Intelligence Community. Client name cannot be disclosed due to the sensitive nature of the program. Relocation: Lump sum assistance between $10,000 – $15,000 Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope. This position oversees a workforce of approximately 80 employees and is designated as a Key Position on the contract, contingent on client approval. Additional Notes: Las Cruces offers a low cost of living and is located approximately 45 miles from El Paso – TX, providing convenient access to a larger metro area while maintaining an affordable lifestyle. Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Summary of Key Responsibilities Manage a moderate-risk Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract, including construction, procurement, and Central Plant operations. Supervise Fluor and subcontractor staff on a secure U.S. Government site. Serve as the main point of contact for the Client Plant Manager and maintain strong client relationships. Lead maintenance, modifications, and outage activities in accordance with contract requirements. Ensure integration of maintenance planning with plant/power operations. Support day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO). Oversee accurate project reporting, invoicing, and close-out activities. Collaborate with Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, change control, and risk. Assist in defining and coordinating program staffing needs. Lead technical and commercial proposal development, including execution plans and estimating. Willingness to travel for business as required.
