Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Linwood, NJ. The role involves recovery from injuries and managing chronic conditions in an acute care setting. Responsibilities Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions Assist with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training Document clinical progress using electronic medical records Minimum Qualifications Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required at assignment start BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred Experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5x8. Start: As soon as possible. Contract Length: 13 weeks. Location Highlights Linwood, NJ offers coastal and suburban access, near beaches on the Jersey Shore, and is within 10–15 minutes of the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
