Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect both evidence-based practices and individual client goals, regularly revising plans based on client progress.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring that all aspects of the client's well-being are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
