RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool - 170425 Description Title: RN – Registered Nurse Department Pool – Pre‑op (PRN/Pool) “We dedicate our lives to caring for yours” Position Description: RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool - Pre-op BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Pre‑op team at BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel . The RN responsibilities include: Independently caring for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned Why BayCare? Qualifications: Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required RN (Registered Nurse) license is required ACLS Certification, if required by department Nurse Specialty certification is preferred Education: Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred Experience: 18 months of RN experience is required. 18 months of RN experience in pre‑op is required.
