Abdominal Radiologist Flexible Schedule, Strong Compensation, Premier Academic Center

Position Overview Academic abdominal radiology faculty (all ranks/experience levels welcome) Based at University of Maryland Medical Center (Baltimore) Mix of onsite + teleradiology coverage across UMMS sites What We Offer Competitive compensation (430k-600k base) with performance-based incentives Flexible scheduling and thoughtful staffing models. Full time and part time positions available. Atypical schedules with fixed off-time are possible. 4 clinical days + 1 academic day (option for 5 clinical days for additional compensation) Highly collegial, expert division Opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership Clinical Responsibilities: CT/CTA, MRI, ultrasound, radiographs and fluoroscopy Broad ultrasound practice: Abdomen/pelvis + thyroid, neck, chest, extremities, OB. Perform nonvascular US-guided procedures (including SIS) Work closely with residents and Radiology Assistants (RA) Schedule & Call Weekday rotation of clinical duties - all daytime shifts. Remote call approximately 1:6–1:7 weeks, which includes daytime weekend coverage. Minimal evening on-call interruptions via pager/phone (strong in-house ER support) Academic Opportunities Dedicated academic time weekly Engage in: Resident & medical student education.
