Bilingual Social Services Coordinator - Geriatric Care & Advocacy
Sea Mar Burien Medical Clinic
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Social Services Coordinator for its Cannon House assisted living facility in Seattle's Central District. The role requires English/Spanish proficiency and full-time commitment to meet residents' medically related social needs through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
