Supply Chain Manager

What You Will Be Doing Lead all plant supply chain operations, including inventory control, receiving, warehousing, packaging, logistics, transportation, and shipping. Manage the complete flow of materials and information from suppliers through production to customer delivery. Oversee inventory reduction initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 25 direct and indirect reports while fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements aligned with the company's production system. Drive SAP optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline plant operation. Partner with suppliers and customers to improve delivery performance, facilitate escalation meetings, and resolve supply chain challenges. Manage departmental budgets while supporting a growing manufacturing operation serving multiple automotive OEM programs. What We Need From You To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills: 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment. 3+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain or logistics team. Strong background in inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and material flow. Experience in driving process improvements and implementing operational efficiency. Working knowledge of SAP or an ERP system. Strong problem‑solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with multiple production lines and customers. Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced SAP experience, including process optimization initiatives. Experience managing supply chain operations within high‑volume automotive manufacturing plants. Proven success in improving supplier performance and logistics delivery quality. Experience managing departmental budgets and strategic supply chain initiatives.
