Pay: $60 per inspection
Pay Schedule: Monthly payments issued on the 15th of each month
Job Location: Multiple AAA properties (assigned based on proximity) Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Handyman / Safety Inspector to conduct monthly safety inspections at AAA properties and complete maintenance work as needed. Training will be provided. MUST have a SMART PHONE
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform safety inspections at assigned properties once per month
Complete each inspection in under one hour
Identify and report safety or maintenance issues through our Connect team portal
Perform maintenance or repairs as needed
Communicate findings and follow-up needs clearly to Connect Teams
Additional Work
Any required work orders or repairs outside of inspections will be discussed and paid separately based on job size and scope. Qualifications
Prior handyman, maintenance, or related experience
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Training
Training will be provided on inspection requirements and procedures.
