Tilt Wall / Light Industrial Superintendent

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Leading Commercial & Industrial General Contractor

A highly respected Commercial/Industrial General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced Tilt Wall / Light Industrial Superintendent to join its growing operations team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with an exceptionally strong pipeline of work through 2026 and 2027 , offering long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to lead some of the region’s most notable industrial projects — all local to DFW with no extended travel required.

What You’ll Be Building

Projects include:

Tilt-wall distribution centers
Light industrial facilities
Warehouses & logistics hubs
Manufacturing and flex industrial developments

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience leading ground-up tilt-wall/light industrial projects
Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field coordination
Ability to drive schedules and manage subcontractor performance
Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
Leadership skills that create accountability and positive jobsite culture

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $130K DOE
Bonus: Up to 15%+ annual bonus
Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month
