You don't need years of industry experience to break out of dead-end desk jobs or grueling restaurant shifts—you just need a great work ethic. Our roofing company is experiencing explosive growth across the region, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding team. We provide the paid training; you bring the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-earning environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit residential neighborhoods in Romeo and surrounding local communities.
- Connect with homeowners, build rapport, and educate them on our roofing solutions and financing options.
- Schedule FREE roof inspections for our specialist team.
- Note: There is no closing or sales required. Your sole focus is setting appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a motivation to earn bonuses.
- Reliable transportation to get to your designated territories.
