Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19 - $27 per hour (Pay is determined based on experience)

Summary of benefits:

Location Details:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time float Receptionist. The individual in this role will primarily be expected to work out of our Olympia and Lacey Clinics, but may also be required to cover at our Centralia location.

Receptionist Summary:

As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.

Receptionist Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
