They represent the Medical Affairs organization to the broad scientific community./ppEssential Functions of The Job (Key Responsibilities)/pulliRepresent the company and lead medical scientific exchanges within the respective community/liliDevelop and lead Key External Experts and investigators engagement plans identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationship with External Experts and Scientific Bodies./liliSupport medical launch readiness activities for pipeline and near-term launch products, including scientific positioning and pre-launch medical education./liliDiscuss scientific data on Incyte products with all relevant stakeholders (i.e. dermatologists)./liliSystematically generate, prioritize and communicate medical insights to inform medical strategy and cross-functional decision-making/liliLead and support advisory board meetings, round table meetings and investigator meetings./liliFacilitate company sponsored and investigator sponsored trials (ISTs)/liliActively support real-world evidence generation activities, including non-interventional studies (NIS), registries and collaborative research projects./liliClosely cooperate and align with KAM-team for all activities related to medical information for external groups./liliAct as point of contact for unsolicited information requests on company inline products and pipeline./liliProvide frequent updates on investigative site support by updating medical/clinical teams with feedback and insights from interactions and discussions with External Experts and investigators./liliProvide medical/scientific leadership and expertise to internal and external groups/liliConduct internal trainings on medically relevant topics./liliAdhere to corporate SOPs and ensure vigilant compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines governing scientific interactions with physicians and healthcare professionals across all activities./liliShare best practice experiences with fellow MSLs./liliEmbrace and demonstrate the Incyte Corporate Values./liliContribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics./liliEmployees assigned to this job.
