Clinical Pharmacist II - Critical Care , ICU

Clinical Pharmacist II - Critical Care, ICU Department: PHARMACY Responsibilities The Critical Care Pharmacist supports direct patient care in the ICU as part of a multidisciplinary team and assists with inpatient pharmacy services. Responsibilities include overseeing medication preparation and dispensing, entering medication orders into the computer system, monitoring patient medication therapy, providing medication information to patients and healthcare providers, identifying and resolving medication‑related problems through interventions with providers, and supervising pharmacy support personnel to ensure timely medication availability. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and registered pharmacist in Maryland.
