Personal Lines Account Manager

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for ensuring clients receive accurate, timely quotes and exceptional customer service to ensure policy retention. You will work independently and collectively with your team to achieve the quality and service standards developed by the agency. Responsibilities Work closely with producers and service rep to manage BOB effectively. Up/cross selling, renewals. Contact current customers and re-quote policies as needed, reshops and maintain client files in database.
