What You'll Do as a Sales AssociateAs a Sales Associate at Santa Cruz Ace Hardware, you’ll be the face of our store, ensuring every customer has a positive and helpful experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Learning about our products and sharing your knowledge with customers.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
