This position is onsite in Matthews, NC and offers a competitive pay rate of $14/hr with benefits including Medical coverage. Responsibilities Assist customers with finding products and providing excellent customer service, including serving as a cashier when needed. Stock bins and ensure products are readily available and attractively displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily objectives and maintain smooth store operations. Handle transactions accurately and use required software or tools to operate the cash register. What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Strong communication abilities to effectively assist customers and convey product information. Attention to detail in stocking and merchandising. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer skills to operate the cash register and related software.
