- Provide security services throughout Michigan, the US, and Canada
- Specializing in healthcare security, we work with a variety of industries!
- Manage day-to-day security operations.
- Manage incident reports - review, track, and investigate all incidents
- Train staff in safety and security processes and procedures
- Review current procedures, practices, policies and update (including emergency plans, first aid, active shooter, overdose awareness, etc.)
- Supervise, hire, coach, evaluate, and schedule security guards at client sites.
- Maintain proactive communication with client contacts.
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees
- Establish relationships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies
- Establish a proactive approach to safety and security
- 5 years of security experience or related field law enforcement, military, etc.
- 2 years Supervisor / Management experience
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Ability to obtain a Michigan Concealed Pistol License
