Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR SPECIALIST, DATA & AI GOVERNANCE to join our DATA SOLUTIONS AND SERVICE team. This role is located in NEW YORK CITYIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Be a leader managing Data Risk by supporting the Data Quality (DQ) Controls and Issue Management process for the bank Work with the Data Leaders and Data Divisional Officers across the Enterprise to build and monitor Data Quality Controls Be the first line of defense (1LOD) for Data Quality issues impacting our applications and critical sources of data Build and support AI tools and supported processes to enhance Data Quality and Governance initiatives Work with second line of defense (2LOD) and Internal Audit to review required evidence to close these issues and actively support issue owners and responsible groups to get required information properly documented in our enterprise issue tracking system Review tactical and strategic remediation efforts of Data Quality issues to manage data risk for the bank Track open DQ issues and metrics of assigned Platforms to manage SLA compliance To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
