Senior Fullstack Developer

Position: Senior Fullstack Developer (Node+React). Salary: up to 130 pln/h, B2B contract. Location: fully remote or hybrid. Our client is the fastest-growing online cybersecurity training platform. Their mission is to make learning and teaching cybersecurity easier by providing gamified security exercises and challenges. Having existed for only a few years, they have grown to nearly 3 million users, and their growth is not slowing down! About the project: We are looking for a full‑stack engineer to help our client build the best cybersecurity education platform. You will work in one of the product teams along with two full‑stack engineers, a designer, and a product manager. Requirements Proficiency as an Engineer designing, developing, and maintaining API-driven solutions. 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React. Passion for engineering practices like Agile, continuous delivery, test‑driven development, traceability, and observability. Strong command of English (B2/C1). An open‑minded and dynamic approach. Excellent communication skills (“get things done”) approach. Nice to have Experience with one of the following: building CMS, working with APIs, performance optimisations. Responsibilities Using the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale. Collaborating with other engineers as a valuable member of a cross‑functional team. Sharing your knowledge and building creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices. Designing, developing, and deploying backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability.
