Wireless Sales Representative

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll represent a leading wireless provider at retail locations throughout the Lexington area. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right wireless, mobile, internet, and entertainment solutions.

No wireless sales experience required , paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Work at assigned retail locations throughout the Lexington area
• Greet customers and learn about their wireless and technology needs
• Introduce customers to available wireless plans, devices, accessories, and services
• Recommend products and services based on individual customer needs
• Explain wireless plans, features, pricing, promotions, and available offers
• Help customers start new wireless services or make changes to existing accounts
• Assist customers with device upgrades and new activations
• Process sales and customer transactions using company-provided technology
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and sales development
• Track your sales activity and performance
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
• Represent the company and wireless brand professionally

This is a face-to-face retail sales position where you’ll interact directly with customers, build relationships, and develop valuable wireless sales and customer service skills.

Wireless or sales experience is not required.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, recruiting, fundraising, telecommunications, or other people-focused experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Pay & Performance

• Hourly base pay
• Performance-based commissions
• Bonuses and sales incentives
• Typical earning potential: $800–$1,300+ per week , based on individual performance, commissions, bonuses, and hours worked

Paid Training & Career Growth

No wireless sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to teach you about our wireless products, sales process, customer approach, and available services.

For motivated team members, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and grow within the company.

Schedule

Full-Time: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included)

Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Candidates must be available to work the full Thursday–Monday schedule.

Transportation

This is an in-person wireless retail sales position with assignments at retail locations throughout the Lexington area.

Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
