• Mon - Fri, 7 am - 3 pm shift
• Pager call weekday 7 pm - 7 am, rotating weekly
• 200 cases per week across 3 - 4 rooms
• Bread and butter anesthesia with OB and endoscopy
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
