UFC GYM Studio Fitness Dance Fitness Instructor

Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven fitness classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a group environment, and can motivate participants of all fitness levels. Key Responsibilities Class Instruction Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes. Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography. Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing and smooth transitions. Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications. Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines. Welcome and orient new participants. Motivate members and create a positive, inclusive class environment. Monitor participants and make real-time adjustments as needed. Administrative Responsibilities Arrive prepared and start/end classes on schedule. Set up and properly store all equipment. Accurately record hours in the electronic timekeeping system. Operate studio sound and lighting systems. Secure substitutes when necessary. Communicate member feedback or concerns to the Program Manager. Promote gym programs, services, and special events. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Qualifications Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques. General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology. Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing. High energy level and physical stamina. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively. Certifications Current Group Fitness certification (preferred). Specialty format certifications may be required based on class offerings.
