Shift Type: Saturday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and clear communication across shifts
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery steps
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in California
- Valid BLS/CPR certification is preferred
- Prior experience in medical/surgical or outpatient settings is a plus
- Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical nursing skills including patient monitoring, medication administration, and treatment documentation
- Knowledge of electronic health records and medical terminology
- Understanding of safety protocols and infection control
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and care teams
- Effective verbal and written communication
