Ad Video EditorThe Ad/Traffic Video Editor position is responsible for taking ideas from our Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Managers to curate high quality video for social posts, advertisements, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative approaches as well as taking direction to convey brand messaging, and creating visually compelling digital video graphics to tell a cohesive story.ResponsibilitiesEditing, creating, collaborating, and preparing for distribution top notch Ad content that is optimized for social media and other platforms with current best practicesDevelop successful promotional content for digital platforms that are conversion drivenCohesively tell a story through NLE (non-linear editing) using video, graphics, music, and sound designCollaborate with internal team members to establish the desired feel and look of video contentOperate computer editing softwares and equipment used for video content creationEstablish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creationImprove video and sound quality using various video softwaresEdit raw and re-purposed video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the projectEnsure correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to specificationsStaying current with industry trends and emerging techniques in video production and successful ad campaignsRequirements5 years + experience in professional video editingAdvanced level of knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, particularly Adobe Premiere and Adobe After EffectsColor grading knowledgeAnimation and Motion Graphics experienceAbility to work on multiple projects and able to delegate their time accordinglyAudio postproductionAbility to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skillsAbility to collaborate well with other creative professionalsExcellent time management and organizational abilityExperience with AI softwares and toolsSkillsCapable of working well with internal and external teams/partnersAbility to work under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeAbility to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent and solid judgmentStrong project management, communication and collaboration skillsExcellent and detailed written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear, concise information tailored to specific and varied audiencesAble to excel in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure and with tight deadlines in a fluid environmentTeam playerA keen eye for detail and a robust technical skill set
