- Prefers experienced Doctor, unless from top program and strong surgical
- Flexible scheduling - prefers 4 days, but open
- Medical and Surgical - some cosmetics if desired - Office does a lot of the cosmetics

- Top notch support staff - Pathology, prior auth, biologics, etc
- $400-430k base + collections model with tiers (starts at 2.5x)
- Increase in salary year 2
- Year 3 and beyond 45%
- 100% medical benefits for provider AND their entire immediate family

The Opportunity Join a thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice with 17 years of established presence in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida. We operate a full-service, state-of-the-art facility complete with MOHs, general & surgical dermatology, cosmetics, and select plastics.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced dermatologist preferred; will consider top-program graduates with strong surgical skills
- Flexible scheduling (4-day week ideal, but open)
- Medical & surgical focus; cosmetics optional
- 30-35 patients/day with 2 dedicated MAs
