Monitor patient status, interpret vitals, and promptly escalation concerns. Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies at all times. Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and evidence-based protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans. Document accurate, timely nursing notes and maintain charting integrity. Uphold patient-centered care while meeting unit targets and productivity metrics. Achieve daily performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning. Demonstrate professional development by pursuing certifications and skills growth. Maintain an organized, efficient workflow to manage high-visibility responsibilities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data-driven care enhancements. Support team members with mentorship and knowledge sharing to improve overall outcomes. Experience/Qualifications Registered Nurse with current AZ license and BLS certification. PCU nursing experience and ability to monitor vitals and escal Administer medications per physician orders and evidence-based protocols. Adherence to regulatory and hospital policies at all times. Strong documentation skills with accurate charting and notes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adjust care plans. Achievement of daily performance targets and productivity metrics. Participation in quality improvement initiatives and data-driven care. Demonstrated professional development and pursuit of certifications. Mentor and support team members to improve outcomes.
