Class A We are hiring qualified Class A CDL driver. Job

The positions available are for OTR. Below, I have outlined some of the details for the different programs we offer.

Company Driver Program:
o Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $0.50/cpm ($0.40 & $0.10 per diem)
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance available after 60 days
• Health Savings Account available after 60 days (company will match up to $400/year)
• 401K available after 1 year anniversary (company will match up to 3%)
• Paid every Friday (Pay-Period Sunday at Midnight to Saturday at Midnight)
• Bonuses available (see Bonus Information Sheets)
o Deductions & Fees
• $7.50/each Cash Advance
• Missed Delivery Fines, Tolls, Citations, Overweight Fines, etc., if applicable

Lease-to-Own (LTO) & Owner Operator (O/O) Program:
o Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: 75% of 100% Line-haul load revenue
• Pay: $0 for Empty miles
• Bonuses available (see Bonus Information Sheets)
• Fuel Discounts available
• Paid every Friday (Pay-Period Sunday at Midnight to Saturday at Midnight)
o Deductions & Fees
• $435 to $500/week lease payment depending on truck
• $5/week PrePass - term of lease
• $30/week Admin Fee (Driver Qualification File) - term of lease
• $40/week Onboard Communication Equipment Deposit - 20/weeks ($800 total)
• $25/week Onboard Communication Equipment Usage- term of lease
• $300/week Maintenance Escrow (until reaches $5000)
• $220/week Base Plate & 2290 HVUT – 10 weeks ($2200 total)
• $15/week IFTA – term of lease
• $50/week Auto Insurance Deductible Escrow – 50 weeks ($2500 total)
• $100/week Auto Physical Damage Insurance – term of lease
• $10/each Cash Advance
• Missed Delivery Fines, Tolls, Citations, Overweight Fines, etc., if applicable

*Average bring home pay (after deductions & fees) for LTO & O/O is approximately $2000 to $2500/weekly
