Senior Director, Quality - UCAN

Senior Director leading quality strategy and governance across Baxter's largest infusion therapy region spanning the United States and Canada. Oversees approximately 400 employees across manufacturing, laboratory, and distribution operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, product safety, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year quality strategy across UCAN manufacturing and distribution network
- Lead quality governance, decision-making, and compliance consistency across multiple sites
- Partner with senior business and manufacturing leaders to enable growth and supply reliability
- Champion inspection readiness and build credible relationships with health authorities
- Drive enterprise-wide quality improvement, remediation, and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 15+ years senior quality leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Expertise in global quality systems, regulatory requirements, and inspection management
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and continuous improvement programs
- Strong executive influence and business acumen with budget management experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Collaborative leadership style with talent development and team-building capabilities
Compensation: $232,000 - $290,000 base annually
