Technology and Innovation - Solution Consultant (NetSuite)

Riveron is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant focused on NetSuite to join our Technology Enablement practice. The Senior Solution Consultant will work side‑by‑side with Strategy team members in executing client projects ranging from software selection, NetSuite implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in NetSuite practice development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) 3‑5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution Consulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant is a plus Mastery of Microsoft Office Products Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution‑oriented mindset Ability to work in ever‑changing, dynamic environments Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams Desire to get involved in Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, and intramurals. Responsibilities Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders Work directly with Solution Manager and Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionality Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy Apply best practices while building custom scripted solutions for specific client requirements Conduct internal testing to validate custom designed solutions and effectively perform user acceptance testing on client NetSuite environments Attend pre‑sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level‑of‑effort with sales team members Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serve as the ‘go‑to’ resource on all project related inquiries Train end‑users on specific processes and application usage Full‑time roles are eligible for a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.
