Staffing Coordinator

Job Overview BOS Medical serves a unique role in the medical community, providing qualified per-diem clinical staff to facilities in urgent need and difficult areas to place. The Medical Staffing Coordinator is directly responsible for recruiting and staffing for Medical Assistants (MA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Registered Nurses (RN) to accommodate open schedules for daily, weekly or monthly schedules at various BOS Medical client’s locations Duties Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various positions Attract and retain CNAs, LPNs, or RNs to serve at the client’s hospital, nursing home, assisted living, correctional facility, hospice, or other medical facility. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing, screening candidates and coaching of candidates for client interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Must be able to work on-call schedule with occasional holidays Assist in training development programs for new hires and existing employees Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred At least 1 year of proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition Ability to work on-call including, weekdays, weekends and holidays Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Ability to adapt to change in the workplace Job Type: Full-time Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM On call (includes holiday) Experience Recruiting: 1 year Ability to Commute Athens, GA (Required) Work Location: On-Site #J-18808-Ljbffr
