Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide direct counseling services through telehealth, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique circumstances.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including patient medical histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and any follow-up recommendations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share insights about clients’ psychosocial factors and ensure comprehensive care that promotes positive outcomes.

  • Educate clients and their families about coping strategies, mental health resources, and community services to facilitate holistic support.
  • \n
  • Respond effectively in crisis situations, leveraging your expertise in areas such as substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence to provide immediate assistance and linkage to resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will be diverse, encompassing individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. From anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral concerns, your role will focus not only on the clients themselves but also on their surrounding community, providing outreach and support to families in need of guidance. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • \n
  • Active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of providing services to a varied demographic, including diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
