The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.Accurately take orders, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and process payments.Answer customer questions regarding products, ingredients, and promotions.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.Restock supplies and rotate products according to food safety guidelines.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Follow company policies, safety procedures, and food handling requirements.Participate in required training and professional development.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.No prior experience required; customer service or food service experience is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.Must obtain Starbucks certification within 30 days of hire.
