(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor

Position Summary Serve customers by completing sales and service transactions at Sam’s Club #8167, fulfilling requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new associates. Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire/battery industry guidelines, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems. Use digital tools to plan for sales, improve service experience, and make business decisions related to services and new products. Track and monitor equipment, tools, and supplies; process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate inventory and audit records. Report safety hazards, product issues, and process paperwork such as logs, complaints, and audits. Identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues or concerns. Advocate for the company brand, model high‑quality service, and inspire team members. Communicate priorities, deadlines, and progress to managers and partners; recommend improvements. Create a welcoming environment that embraces diversity and fosters belonging. Minimum Qualifications Valid state‑issued driver’s license. Minimum age 18 years.
