IT Procurement Analyst Duration: 01/11/2026 to 06/30/2026 (Potential to extend) Pay Rate: $155.00 - $163.51 per hour Job Summary Maintain Procurement Store security, monitor and track hardware orders, validate, allocate, and ship goods, receive goods, asset tagging, scanning, track, obtain quotations, handle paperwork (invoices, PO’s), IT inventory, asset management, reporting, liaise with internal customers, work with finance reporting, attend regular meetings with procurement teams in US/UK, replenish stock, non‑standard quotations and ordering. Responsibilities Maintain Procurement Store security Monitoring and tracking hardware orders Validation, allocation, and shipping of goods to local Tech Support Receiving goods, asset tagging, scanning and tracking Obtaining accurate quotations, handling paperwork associated with purchases e.g. Invoices, P.O’s etc. IT inventory, Asset Management and Reporting Liaise with internal customers regarding order fulfilment and purchase queries Work closely with Finance on reporting Attend regular meetings with Procurement Teams in US/UK Replenishing stock Non‑standard quotations and ordering Qualifications Well organized, good interpersonal skills, work under pressure and initiative, provide excellent customer service, proactive, team player, attention to detail.
