In Home Nursing LPN - School Nurses (Pre-Teen)

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00am‑5:00pm. Location/Setting: Woodstock (school/home, has dogs). Age Range: Pre‑Teen. Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube. Responsibilities Provide nursing care for patients in school and home settings. Manage feeding tube care. Collaborate with team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary. TB skin test (current within last 12 months). Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA). Must have reliable transportation.
