Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guestconcerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicateconcerns Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results What We Are Looking For: The "All-Makes" Master: Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands. Fearless Problem Solving: A strong willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models. Efficiency: Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment. Tools: Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs. Credentials: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
